(July 7, 2025) – Learn fun facts in a close-up interview with owls, turtles, sharks, and skates. Get creative and crafty. Search for butterflies and other insects in the pollinator garden or look for frogs in the wetlands. Take a walk down to the shore and discover the plants and animals that call our coastal habitats home, try your hand at science experiments, and so much more!

Weekly themes include naturalist-led walks and programs, habitat explorations, animal meet-and-greets, crafts, scavenger hunts and so much more! For details and a complete list of programs, visit www.asri.org/calendar.

Explore the fascinating world of sharks through hands-on crafts and up-close encounters with real shark biofacts. Then visit the sharks and skates in the aquarium! Ages 4-7.

Meet the Locals: Sharks of our Coast

Talkin’ Turtles with Audubon

Join an Audubon naturalist and take a deep dive into everything turtles – characteristics, movement, senses and more - followed by an introduction to two turtle ambassadors! Ages: 5+.
