Isabel G. Chace

REHOBOTH-Isabel G. Chace, 88, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026. She was the living wife of the late Robert L. Chace.

Isabel was born in Fall River and was the daughter of the late Antone and Helen (Lee) Bettencourt.

Isabel attended local schools and was employed in the jewelry manufacturing industry during it’s height. She enjoyed making crafts and tending to her beautiful garden. Isabel loved spending time outdoors in nature. She looked forward to visits from the birds to her bird-feeder. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family especially her grandchildren.

Isabel is survived by her children, Kevin Chace, Robert Chace and his wife Sandra and  Alan Chace; two sisters; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was was the mother of the late Annette Johnson and great-grandmother of the late Brendon Cardoza.

Isabel was lead to rest in the Rehoboth Village Cemetery.

Arrangements were by the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, Somerset
