Whole Foods Supports Local Food Pantries

The new Whole Foods store in Seekonk is large and lustrous, and has already made a significant contribution to our community. In honor of their Grand Opening, they made significant donations to several local area food pantries, including both the Seekonk and Rehoboth food pantries. The Doorways food pantry in Seekonk received a donation of $10,000.00, which will fund our food purchases for several weeks. Whole Food’s community giving programs help address existing and emerging needs in communities, whether they’re down the street or across the globe. We thank them for their generous donation to help our neighbors in need.
