Championship Season for Seekonk Brothers Luka and Elias Dib

Posted

Young racers celebrate local victories, state championship titles, and a standout 2026 season with Dib Motorsports.

For brothers Luka and Elias Dib, the 2026 racing season was one to remember. From local victories and championship trophies to competing at racetracks across the country, the brothers helped make this a standout year for their family racing team, Dib Motorsports.

Leading the way was Luka Dib, who captured the 2026 Seekonk Speedway Bandolero Outlaw Division Championship with 10 feature wins, tying the division's all-time record for most victories in a single season. His impressive run included eight consecutive wins and a clean sweep of the Everett's Auto Parts Triple Crown Series, winning all three events and the Triple Crown championship.

Luka's success extended beyond Seekonk. He added two feature victories and a third-place championship finish at Connecticut's New London-Waterford Speedbowl. His impressive season also earned him fourth place nationally among more than 140 Bandolero Outlaw drivers across the United States and Canada.

Younger brother Elias Dib, just 8 years old, enjoyed a breakout season of his own. Competing in the Bandolero Bandit division at Seekonk Speedway against drivers ages 7 to 11, Elias earned numerous podium finishes and finished third in the season championship standings. He also celebrated his first career feature victory at New London-Waterford Speedbowl, where Bandolero drivers as old as 16 compete in the same division, and finished fourth in the track's season championship standings. Elias also earned an impressive 20th-place national ranking among more than 170 Bandolero Bandit drivers across the United States and Canada.

Throughout the season, the brothers competed at racetracks across six states, including Seekonk Speedway (MA), New London-Waterford Speedbowl (CT), White Mountain Motorsports Park (NH), and Auburndale Speedway (FL). Luka also gained additional racing experience at Charlotte Motor Speedway (NC) and EchoPark Speedway (GA).

Capping off an unforgettable season, both brothers were crowned 2026 INEX Massachusetts State Champions in their respective divisions.

For the Dib family, however, the success goes far beyond trophies and checkered flags.

"Watching Luka and Elias grow as drivers this season has been incredible," said their mother, Cassie Dib. "Seeing them do what they love and getting to experience it together as a family is the best part. I'm so proud of our entire team, especially my husband, Eli, who puts in countless hours working on the cars and teaching the boys along the way. It's truly a family effort."

Racing has long been part of the Dib family's story. Founded in 2019, Dib Motorsports began when oldest brother Jaden and father Eli started competing at Seekonk Speedway. Cassie also grew up racing, making motorsports a passion shared across the entire family.

Now, with two young champions carrying on that tradition, the family has plenty to celebrate — and even more to look forward to.

With new opportunities and challenges ahead in 2027, the Dib brothers are just getting started. And if this season is any indication, there's much more to their story still to come.
