The Rehoboth Garden Club is pleased to announce that applications are now available for our annual scholarship. To qualify, the student must be entering college in the fall of 2026, or be a returning college student, majoring in Agriculture, Horticulture, Floriculture, Water Resources, Forestry, Arboriculture, or a related Environmental Science.
The application deadline is May 15, 2026. The names of the recipients will be announced in the summer of 2026. The awards will be presented at the completion of the fall semester, for the 2027 spring semester.

April will be a busy month for the Rehoboth Garden Club. On Saturday April 11th members will clean up the Carpenter Museum herb garden as well as the Goff Hall and Blanding Library gardens and prepare them for the growing season. On Saturday April 25th, the gardens will be mulched. Community members who would like to help out will be warmly welcomed.
Arbor Day 2026 will be celebrated on Saturday April 25th with a tree planting on the Francis Farm property at 11:30 AM. The community is invited to attend.
The celebration of the 92nd Annual Meeting and luncheon of the RGC will take place in the President’s dining room at Swan Point Cemetery on Monday April 27th. The Director of Horticulture Kelly Perry will speak about the cemetery’s history as one of the foremost garden cemeteries in the United States, as well as its notable landscape, ponds and artistic monuments.

The Rehoboth Garden Club’s Annual Plant Sale Fundraiser will be held on Saturday May 2nd from 9 AM to 1 PM at Francis Farm in the Miller Pavilion.
