From The Friends of the Blanding Library

Thanks to the generous support of our community, The Friends of the Blanding Public Library proudly funded a wide range of free programs in 2026—from children’s activities and family yoga to science presentations, music events, and our beloved summer reading challenge and holiday celebrations. As a volunteer-driven nonprofit, we remain committed to enriching our library and expanding opportunities for all.

While our recent fundraising efforts—including the annual book sale and raffle—remain strong, we are working to grow membership and community awareness so we can continue offering these valuable programs at no cost.
