Rehoboth, MA — The U.S. Postal Service has selected Adam Olarte as Postmaster of Rehoboth.

Olarte oversees 17 employees in Rehoboth, eight delivery routes covering over 4,400 addresses, and retail services including about 400 Post Office boxes.

Olarte began his U.S. Postal Service career in 2015 as a clerk in Seekonk. In 2025, he accepted a new role as a Supervisor of Customer Services and later served as the Officer-in-Charge of various offices, including Rehoboth.

“I am honored to be part of this close-knit community, as Rehoboth has always been a large part of my life and where I spent most of my time during childhood,” he said. “Coming from the Seekonk Post Office where I began my Postal career, I am already seeing many familiar faces that utilize both locations.”

Olarte continues a family tradition of service to the community with the USPS. Two aunts were long-time USPS employees, one in Rehoboth, the other in Seekonk, for a combined total of over 49 years of service.
