Lamacchia Realty Officially Celebrates East Providence, RI Office Grand Opening

After joining forces with brokerage Tirrell Realty and opening the East Providence branch office in July 2025, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the official grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025! Tirrell Realty is a well-respected brokerage in Riverside, Rhode Island, previously a Weichert Franchise for 14 years, which serves all of greater Providence, including East Providence, East Bay markets, and the south coast of Massachusetts. This also marks Lamacchia Realty’s first branch office grand opening in Rhode Island, after serving buyers and sellers in Rhode Island since 2011.

We were honored to have in attendance Phil Tirrell, the founder and owner of Tirrell Realty, along with his brother, Bill Tirrell, Larry McNulty, Luci Stoddard, Rose Pereira, and office manager, Delia Correia, who have all been a large part of Tirrell’s leadership. Of course, our East Providence-area REALTORS® and agents from other branch locations also joined us to celebrate the opening of the newly updated office. In addition, we were also joined by many staff members, friends, and clients who enjoyed the fun!

The East Providence office is one of many new offices that have joined the Lamacchia Realty map in the past few years. In 2024, Lamacchia joined with SEVEN brokerages, including Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA, Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, MA, Home Sweet Homes in Pittsfield, MA, Thrive Real Estate in Shrewsbury, MA, and Stone Ridge Properties in Amesbury and Newburyport, MA.

In 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA, Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, and also expanded into Southington, CT, Salem NH, Northborough MA, Beverly MA, Chelmsford MA, and Braintree MA, officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida in 2020. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
