Christopher B. Lange, 81, of East Providence passed away on a snowy, winter Saturday, January 11, 2025.
Born in Frederick, MD. He was a son of the late June Dair Martin Lange and Henry Frederick Lange.
Chris is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Hamilton, his four children, Innes Lange, Oscar Lange, Li Lian Lange, Victoria Lorkin-Lange, two step-children, Kristin Siebenaler, and her husband Eric, Sean Hamilton, and his wife Courtney, seven grandchildren, Hazel and Ashley Lange, Landon and Quinn Siebenaler, Charlie, Teddy, and Maggie Hamilton, two brothers, Ric Lange, and Mark Lange.
Anyone fortunate enough to know Chris got to witness his heart full of love & desire to help anyone in any way. He was a “fixer.” His great love was cooking delicious food and he was happiest when cooking for friends on the patio. Chris was a serial entrepreneur. He owned a restaurant, a women’s dress shop, an ice cream shop, and a computer networking business. Above all, Chris was a consummate gentleman in every way. He was very proud to be a U.S. Air Force veteran, a Mason, and a Boy Scout leader.

Shiva services will be held at the family residence in East Providence on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 3-6 P.M. A celebration of Christopher’s life will be held in the spring. Burial will be private.
