Timothy Michael Lindsey, 61, of Riverside, Rhode Island; formerly a longtime resident of Attleboro, MA, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on March 6, 2023. He was the devoted and loving husband of Cyndee B. Goodinson-Lindsey to whom he was married on February 28, 2010.

Born in Attleboro, MA on March 12, 1961, he was a son of Constance Leroux of North Attleboro, MA and the late Willard Lindsey and the late James Skeffington. Raised and educated in the City of Attleboro, he was a 1979 graduate of Attleboro High School.

Tim was an avid lover of all things blues music and has been playing guitar since the age of 10. Starting his band years at the early age of 14 and playing in multiple bands including Tulsa Queen, Back Issue, and the Bob Colson band. Then beginning his time as the lead guitarist and vocalist in the blues band, The Blue F.O's.

For the past year he was the owner and operator of Tim Lindsey Detailing and previously was employed by DeAngelis Iron Work, Inc. in South Easton, MA.

Tim was honored in 2010 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in recognition for his commitment to the community through his unique gift as a talented blues guitarist and vocalist who has donated his services to many organizations for entertainment at fundraisers and other events.

In 2010, The Blue F.O.s rendition of ""Back in a Cadillac"" reached number 1 on Cashbox Magazine Music Charts.

Tim's passion for music extended into his friendships. Tim was a fierce and loyal friend and was loved by many in the community.

He also loved playing squash, billiards, heading to the beach, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Though Tim lived an exciting life, his family brought him the ultimate joy and he was always one to tell you how proud he was of them.

He will be so very missed.

In addition to his cherished wife and mother, he was the extremely proud father of Stephen Lindsey and his wife, Kendra Lindsey of Riverside, Rhode Island and Jessica Lindsey in Arizona. Stepfather of Sarah Vacca and her husband, James Vacca, in Tennessee. He was the loving grandfather to Ysobel and Charlotte Boucher in Arizona, and Jaxen and Madex Vacca in Tennessee. Brother to Jamie Lindsey, Brian Leroux, Erin Skeffington-Blood and Maureen Skeffington Prosen. Tim also leaves his beloved , sweet golden retrievers, Koko and Cooper.

Family, friends and fans are cordially invited to attend a Celebration of Life Visitation on Friday, March 10, 2023, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm in the ""Memorial Chapel"" of the Dyer-Lake Funeral Home, 161 Commonwealth Avenue, Village of Attleboro Falls, North Attleboro, MA.

Following visitation the family will be extending an invitation to join them at the Florence Hayward Sweet Community House, 44 Peck Street, Attleboro, MA commencing at 6:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Attleboro Norton YMCA's Summer Camp Scholarship Fund in Tim's memory.
