Frederick J. "Fred" McCoart, 91, died February 27. He was the son of Hugh and Kathryn McCoart brother of Donald McCoart and the late Mary Owens, Martha Scott and Hugh McCoart. Fred lived in Wakefield, NH for many years previously lived in East Providence, RI.
