William "Bill" Wallace

William "Bill" Wallace, 68, of Rehoboth passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the husband of Carole (Paradis) Wallace for 47 years.

Born August 16, 1953 in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston, he was a son of the late Joseph and Phyllis (Bombach) Wallace.

Bill has been a resident of Rehoboth since 1987 after growing up in Plainville. He was a 1971 graduate of King Philip High School and lived in North Attleboro from 1978 until 1987.

He worked as a facilities manager at Stern-Leach for 45 years.

Bill loved spending time at cookouts with family and friends and playing horseshoes.

He was an avid reader, loved traveling and movies.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters Melanie Hayden and husband Derrick and Michelle Cannata and husband Ken; 2 grandchildren: Rileigh and Cortland Hayden.

He had seven siblings: Joseph Wallace and wife Deb, Roberta Bristol and her late husband Kenneth, Lynne LaRochelle and husband Dave, David Wallace, the late Robert Wallace, Bryan Wallace and Virginia Rubyck and husband John;
He was brother in law of Raymond Paradis and wife Kathy, Rene Paradis and wife Donna and Alain Paradis and wife Pam; also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren and cousins. He was son-in-law of the late Joseph and Martine Paradis.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 22 at 11 a.m. at the North Attleboro Elk's Lodge, 52 Bullfinch Street, North Attleboro. Please dress casually, Hawaiian shirts encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, please go out and enjoy time with family and friends in Bill's honor.
