Sydney "Spider" Royster

Sydney "Spider" Royster, 98, of East Providence, a former Merchant Seaman, died March 9th at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence. Born in East Providence, he was the son of the late Archibald C. Royster, Sr. and Dollie Frances (Greene) Royster.

He leaves a son Jerome “Jerry” Spinola, 4 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Calling hours are Wednesday, March 16th from 10am to 10:30am followed by a funeral service from 10:30-11:00am in the Monahan Drabble Sherman Funeral Home 210 Taunton Ave. East Providence.
