Seekonk High School Cross Country “brings it’ – delivers hundreds of items to Doorways

The Seekonk High School Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams collected non-perishable food throughout the season, then delivered the food to the Doorways Food Pantry in early December. The drive netted 372 canned food items and dozens of boxes of cereal, stuffing and the like. Their gift will become part of holiday celebrations in many homes throughout our town. “We try to instill a sense of community responsibility in the members of the Team” says Coach Mooney. We thank Coach Mooney and Coach Horton, and all the student athletes, for their support.
