Little Sisters of the Poor to hold St. Patrick's Day Dinner

Seekonk — The Little Sisters of the Poor Jeanne Jugan Residence of Pawtucket will hold its 17th annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinner & Fundraiser at The Old Grist Mill Tavern, 390 Fall River Ave. in Seekonk, Mass., on Monday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. This annual event supports the Little Sisters’ mission of caring for the elderly poor and includes a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner. Go to www.littlesistersofthepoorpawtucket.org  to download the order form for dinner tickets, “Pot of Gold” tickets and the Little Sisters’ famous homemade scones, which must be pre-ordered. Dine-in or carry-out tickets are $25 per adult and $12 for children younger than 12. Tickets are limited and usually sell out before the March 1 deadline.
