Hawks 101 Presentation at Seekonk Library

Seekonk, MA – Hawks, our avian hunters, have unique physiology and skills to thrive in the various habitats of Massachusetts. Come to Seekonk Public Library on Friday, June 20 at 10 AM for Look Up: All About Hawks to learn about these amazing birds of prey and find out how you can support them. For this outdoor, walking program participants will meet at the Seekonk Meadows sign at the top of the library parking lot; in case of poor outdoor conditions we will meet inside the library’s Large Meeting Room. Come and learn from Mass Audubon’s Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary educators on how to identify and appreciate hawks as we look up into the sky and hopefully see one in the wild! Note: birds WILL NOT be brought in for this program. This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Seekonk Public Library.
