Frances Josephine Ledo, 91, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2021.

She was the wife of the late Joseph T. Ledo to whom she was married for 65 years.

Born in East Providence, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Rego) Costa.

Mrs. Ledo worked for Cherry & Web in South Attleboro for 15 years before retiring in 1980.

She leaves one daughter, Constance A. Garrity of Moosup, CT. and her partner Robert Cullen of Riverside, three sons, Stephen J. Ledo of Lincoln, Joseph M. Ledo and his wife Mary of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Robert J. Ledo of Central Falls, two grandchildren, Bryan Garrity and Melissa MacFarland and her husband Scott and three great grandchild. She was the sister of the late Helen Souza, Elsie Moreira and John N. Costa and mother in-law of the late Stephen Garrity.

Her calling hours will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 9:00 – 10:00 AM in Saint Francis Xavier Church, 79 North Carpenter Street, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.
