Chick Week at Weaver Library

Posted

Since April 12, we have had an incubator of Rhody Red and Dominique eggs in the children’s room at Weaver Library. The chicks will be ready to hatch between May 2-4. After they have hatched, and dried off and fluffed up, the chicks will be moved to a coop in the children’s room, where they will stay until they return to Casey Farm on Friday, May12.

Please come and visit the chicks in their coop, Friday, May 5 - Thursday, May 11, or come to one of our chick programs listed below. Kids will be given the chance to hold live chicks at each event.
