Joseph Medeiros and Donna Marasco announce the birth of their daughter. Julia Marie Medeiros was born on April 18,2013 at 09:31am, at 5lbs 13 oz, 19 1/2 inches long. The proud Grandparents are Robert and Dianne Winston of East Providence. Joseph Medeiros of East Providence, and Oriana Wagoner of Hays, North Carolina. Julia joins her older brother Dylan Medeiros
