Angelo DeCataldo, 94, of Riverside, passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of the late Ethel M. (Christopher) DeCataldo.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Giovanni and Antoinetta (Paolantonio) DeCataldo. Angelo served his country in two wars. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He worked at Leesona Corporation for 31 years and the United States Postal Service.

He leaves four sons, Michael DeCataldo and his wife Ellen, John DeCataldo and his wife Michaela, David DeCataldo and his wife Deborah and Robert DeCataldo and his wife Joanne, twelve grandchildren, Sean DeCataldoand his wife Jennifer, Andrea Champagne and her husband David, Sarah DeCataldo and her wife Tara Pizzi, Emily Chabot and her husband Lucas, Matthew DeCataldo and his wife Tara, Laurie Ellison and her husband Dave, Stephen DeCataldo and his wife Erika and Christian, Andrew, Amanda, Caroline and Carly DeCataldo, twelve great grandchildren, Sean Jr., Aedan, Nathan, Brighton, Alarie, Josie, Nora, Eloise, Annabelle, Abagail, Austin and Olivia and one sister, Frances Norton. He was the brother of the late Rose Angalono and John DeCataldo and his wife Cathy.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 9:00 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Martha's Church, Pawtucket Avenue. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours Monday 4-7.
