RIFAC fencer scores at Boston youth tournament December 13-14, 2025

Seekonk’s Elias Kaba added to a growing stash of medals by winning silver in Y-14 Men’s Epee at a Regional Youth Circuit fencing competition held December 13-14, 2025, at Boston Fencing Club. The Y-14 designation indicates that only athletes aged 14 years old and under are allowed participation in this event. Elias smothered his opponents in pools with a streak of five wins and no losses. He received a first round bye going into direct elimination. Proceeding through six DE rounds, he had just one close and challenging bout until the championship round. Despite the gold medal loss, Elias clearly exhibited his skillfulness and training with a strong and consistent performance. He trains at the Rhode Island Fencing Academy & Club in East Providence.
