Friends of the Seekonk Public Library

Thank you to all who have donated books and puzzles to the Friends and those who shopped our big sale on May 2nd, we had a very successful day. We raised $1,045 to support programs such as: Stitching a Nation,1,000 Books Before Kindergarten book prizes, Kid Librarian of the month t-shirts, BookPages, and Artful Pages arts program.

Due to our successful big sale and our daily lobby sales, we are accepting donations of books for adults and children as well as puzzles. Graphic novels for children up to grade 8 would be appreciated.

We are also always looking for volunteers who would like to help us in our daily and big sales. There are opportunities to help out on a weekly basis or as a substitute for someone who is unable to come to the lobby. Applications are available on our website at seekonkfol.org or by asking one of the volunteers in the lobby for one.
