Margaret T. (Byrnes) Lockwood

Margaret T. (Byrnes) Lockwood, 76, of Seekonk, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Born in Cranston, the daughter of the late Henry J. and Marion F. (Mulick) Byrnes, she resided in Pawtucket before moving to Seekonk in 1974.

Margaret was a fifth-grade teacher at Cumberland Hill Elementary School, Cumberland, for thirty-four years until retiring in June 2002.

She leaves a daughter, Reghan Smith and her husband, Jeffrey, of Monroe, Connecticut, and three grandchildren, Evan, Owen and Siobhan as well as an amazing family of friends who brought love, laughter, and support to her life.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church of St. John Paul II Parish, 755 Central Ave, Pawtucket. VISITATION will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
