Francis Fredrick “Frank” DuVally

Francis Fredrick “Frank” DuVally, 80, of Bergeron Street, Seekonk, Ma, died on March 16, 2021. He was the beloved husband of the late Priscilla A. (Chase) DuVally.

Born in Providence, a son of the late John and Anne E. (Earley) DuVally, he lived in Seekonk for 50 years.

He was a graduate of Rhode Island College Class of 1973 where he received a Master’s in Education.

Mr. DuVally was an English teacher for the Providence School Department for 40 years before retiring in 2005.

Francis was a member of the Rehoboth American Legion and the Providence Teachers Union.

He enjoyed boating, fishing and spending time with his loving family.

Mr. DuVally was a United States Navy Veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Sean C. DuVally and his wife Raye of Plainville, MA and T. J. DuVally of Pawtucket; six grandchildren, Kevin, Marilyn, Roland, Tiernan, Tylor and Joshua and a sister, Jane Battison of Providence. He was the brother of the late Mary DuVally, John DuVally and Anne Meinhold.

A private family burial was held in Seekonk Cemetery. A Celebration of his Life will be held when those who loved him can gather safely. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
