Lewis T. Quattrucci, Sr.

Lewis T. Quattrucci, Sr. 76, of Rehoboth, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones at Rhode Island Hospital.

He was the husband of the late Mary (Damiano) Quattrucci.

Born in East Providence, he was a son of the late Albert W. and Santa (Zacchino) Quattrucci, Sr.

Lewis was a graduate of East Providence High School, going on to become the proprietor of Lew’s Auto Body and Sales for over 40 years. He took great pride in his work and was well known for his craftsmanship in the East Providence community.

His love of repairing autos started when he was very young. His many friends and patrons enjoyed dropping into his shop just for friendly conversation and a laugh or two. His passions included corvettes, of which he has owned many over the years. He was also a motorcycle enthusiast and loved to ride his motorcycle with his friends.

He leaves two sisters, Lorraine Dill and Ann Marie Davis, three brothers, Rocco, Arthur, and Carl Quattrucci, and many nieces and nephews. He was the devoted father of the late Lewis T. Quattrucci, Jr. and brother of the late Albert, Robert, Donald, and Joseph Quattrucci.

His funeral and visitation will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM in the Perry-McStay Funeral Home 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, P.O.
