Jeanne M. (Yelle) Gentes, 67, of Rehoboth, MA, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, December 27th with her husband Marc by her side. She was the beloved wife of Marc S. Gentes for 46 years.

Born in Holyoke, MA, she was a daughter of the late Maurice E. and Marguerite B. (Olivier) Yelle.

Jeanne was also survived by her sister Joan M. McAdams and her husband Edward of Attleboro, MA; her sister-in-law Jan Gerardi and her husband Joseph of Providence, RI; her brother-in-law Keith Gentes and his wife Roberta of Mount Laurel, NJ; her sister-in-law Gail Morris of Cranston, RI. Additionally she is survived by her nieces and nephews Keith and Alyssa and their daughter Emery Gentes of Voorhees, NJ; Erica and Michael and their children Brayden and Avery Mannetta of Nashua, NH; Lindsay and Michael Hey and their son Rowan of Mansfield, MA; Christopher and Megan and their daughter Amelia Gerardi of Attleboro, MA; Nicholas and Priscilla and their children Benjamin and Penelope Gerardi of Humble, TX; Brianne Lawrence and her son Jared of No. Providence, RI; and Jessica and David and their daughters Callan and Aurora Rapoza of No. Providence, RI.

Jeanne had been employed as a Quality Assurance Technician for Texas Instruments in Attleboro, MA for 30 years. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Lincoln, RI.

Some of Jeanne's fondest memories are her marriage, traveling, surviving 20+ years with MS without losing her dignity and love of life, family and friends, listening to instrumental music, building home additions, quilting, painting, gardening, and her Husky family members.
