Cheryl Ann-Marie Pelletier
Cheryl Ann-Marie Pelletier, 65, of Newport, RI, passed away peacefully on December 17th, 2021, at Home and Hospice of Providence.
The Daughter of the late Estelle Pelletier (née Papineau) and the late John Pelletier, Cheryl grew up in Rehoboth, MA, graduating from D.R. in 1974. She graduated from URI with a degree in Psychology and enjoyed a career as a School Psychologist for young children.
Cheryl lived in several places during her life, but particularly loved her time spent in Maine, Harwich, MA, and Naples, FL. She had the innate ability to make her residence feel warm and comfortable, no matter where that may be.
Cheryl enjoyed sailing and spending time by the ocean. She loved listening to live jazz music and could often be seen cruising around Newport and Jamestown in her ’65 Plymouth convertible. She had a passion for photography and was renowned for the beautiful pictures she took effortlessly.
Cheryl is survived by her siblings Mark, Suzanne, and Jamie. Also, her nieces and nephews Danielle (Josh), Cailyn, Ami, Tyler, Andrew, James, and Brian (Kimberly). As well as great niece and nephew Maria and Jacob. She was predeceased by her brothers Chip and Ron and her sister Diane. Her beloved cats Emma and Francesca are being cherished and cared for by family.
