The North Attleborough Historical Society is pleased to announce their plans for the 2023 Fair and Open House on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 am to 3 pm. We will be utilizing two locations- the circa 1854 Little Red Schoolhouse at 362 N Washington St. and Fellowship Hall at the First Baptist Church at 75 Park St.
Traditional baked goods, a wine wheel, silent auctions and Sandy’s Table will be at the Schoolhouse.
One of the highlights in the Schoolhouse is a 1975 Seth Thomas/ Ethan Allen Grandfather Clock Raffle.
In Fellowship Hall at the First Baptist Church, we will be selling a wide variety of holiday decor, needle craft, gift baskets, knitted goods, jewelry, almost antiques, decorated themed Christmas trees, and a very interesting assortment of items for $1.00!
The Open House at the circa 1669 John Woodcock Garrison House adjacent to the Schoolhouse will be held from 11am to 2pm and delight the senses with a turkey roasting over the open fire. The theme for this year’s Open House at the Garrison is Holidays and History, highlighting how the Garrison has changed over the years as well as the way the holidays are celebrated.
We would also like to send special thanks to the Angle Tree Garden Club for their efforts decorating the Garrison for the Open House.
