Josephine A. Pringle, 91, of Rumford, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Pringle, Sr.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Camillo and Julia (Cimino) Iervolino. Mrs. Pringle was a customer service representative in the retail industry before she retired. She was a graduate of St. Mary Academy-Bay View and also attended Salve Regina University. She was an exceptional baker and always enjoyed baking for her family.
She leaves two daughters, Karen E. Celani and her husband Richard of Florida and Patricia A. Rossi and her husband Christopher of Rumford, five grandchildren, Peter Celani, Kellie Smith and her husband Sean, Jaclyn Muccino and her husband Steven, Brandon Pringle and Lauren Pringle, two great-grandchildren, Anna Rose Celani and Luca Charles Muccino and her daughter in law Donna Pringle. She was the mother of the late Charles W. Pringle, Jr. and sister of the late Mary Iervolino and Michael Iervolino.
Her funeral and visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 8:30 AM in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church, 100 Taunton Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
