You have one more chance to visit “Bits and Pieces” at the John Hunt house. On a fun note: the baby doll that sleeps in her carriage in the Childrens Room was missing. She was found in the exhibit, being weighed for a “well visit.” Why was she included? Heads up: that much awaited high school art show will go up for May-June and the Mother’s Day extravaganza of FREE Master Gardener plants returns. See you there!

Upcoming: David Robinson: “Green Jacket Shoal: Another Dive, 10 Years On”
Weaver Library - Monday, April 22 - 6:30 pm
In April 2015, two men braved the frigid waters of the Upper Bay to discover a treasure at Green Jacket Shoal: 29 vessels on the bottom, among them the 150’ Bay Queen. Robinson has been researching and speaking about the Shoal and brings us up to date on efforts to have this area recognized in the National Register of Maritime Sanctuaries.
