Rose M. Querceto, 81, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Mary Grace (Zollo) Cordeiro.

Mrs. Querceto was a home health aide and worked for Home Instead Inc. before retiring. Rose enjoyed horseback riding, the ocean and experiencing different foods and culture throughout New England. Mrs. Querceto loved her family very much and was always ready and willing to share her famous lasagna. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves one son, Jesse P. Querceto and his wife Louise of Providence; one daughter, Lisa De Sousa and her boyfriend Clifton Humphrey of Riverside, two sisters; Antonette Botelho and Janet Bellamy of East Providence; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
