Milton E. Collier

Milton E. Collier, 87, of Woodward Avenue, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at his home. He was the beloved husband of Anne P. (Petsch) Collier to whom he was married 63 years.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Errole and Clara (Leach) Collier. Mr. Collier was an electrical engineer for Federal Products for 38 years before he retired. He was also a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He served aboard the USS Aeolus and was also a plank owner. He was a member of the Newman Congregational Church and the West Barrington Men’s Club. He enjoyed golfing but especially loved his Red Sox.

He was the proud father of Susan Oliver and her husband John and Robert Collier. Proud grandfather of Kelsey Lambert and her husband Christopher and Erin Oliver and her fiance Trevor Sniffin and proud great grandfather of Quincy Lambert and Addison Lambert. He was the brother of the late Lawrence Collier and Chester Collier.

His funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to, the Newman Congregation Church, Bread of Life Food Pantry, 100 Newman Avenue, Rumford, 02916.
