Kenneth G. Walker

Kenneth G. Walker,79, of Rumford passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Newport Hospital.

Born in Everett, MA he was a son of the late Mark and Alice (Murphy) Walker. He was a proud graduate of Northeastern University. He was a career salesman, and later in life worked in furniture sales until he retired. He was an avid pool player, reader, conversationalist and Boston sports fan - particularly the Patriots and Bruins.

He leaves three daughters, Irene Walker of Agawam, MA, Kellie Coody and her husband Michael of North Adams, MA, and Christine Hilgendorf and her husband Charles of Breezy Point, NY. He also leaves seven grandchildren: Charlotte Coody, Annabelle Coody, Michael Coody, Wiiliam Coody, Charles Hilgendorf, Abigail Hilgendorf, and Henry Lyons. He leaves one brother, Mark Walker, his cousin Robert Cunio, his former wife Joanne Walker, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joan Giles.
