Kathleen A. (Ryan) Frattarelli, 50, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, April 30, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Columbus, Ohio on October 2, 1970, she was the daughter of Joseph T. Ryan, Sr., of Rumford and the late Nancy (Harte) Ryan.

A 1989 graduate of the former St. Dunston's Academy, Providence, Kathie lived in Rumford for most of her childhood and all her adult life. In 2009, Kathie founded Advocare Health Group, which provides affordable, non-medical, in-home care to meet the needs of elders and their families. The inspiration of Advocare Health was prompted by Kathie's relationship with her mother, Nancy, who was diagnosed with MS when Kathie was a young child. Kathie's work was her passion, and as the president of her company she was committed to assuring that as many seniors as possible receive the help they need to stay in their homes. Advocare Health has assisted hundreds of families and continues to grow as the needs for these services increase. Kathie was loved by her family and an abundance of friends, with whom she loved to dine, dance and shop with. She enjoyed spending time by the ocean, especially down the Cape and being with her family and friends. An avid runner and walker, Kathie was doing five miles a day up until March of this year. Her perseverance never failed her determination to never give up. Kathie's positive energy, kindness and generosity made her loved by all who knew her.

Kathie is survived by her three children, Tori Vichroski and her fiancé, Ryan, of the Bahamas, Ricky Vichroski, Jr. of Boston, MA and Lily Frattarelli of Rumford; her loving partner, Bob Weisslinger of Duxbury, MA; two brothers, Mike Ryan and his wife, Greta, of Newton, MA, and Joe Ryan, Jr. and his wife, Rebecca, of Canton, MA; her beloved dog, Maci and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Margaret Church, 1098 Pawtucket Ave., Rumford. Visitation will be held on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Floral tributes are respectfully omitted. Memorial donations to Glioblastoma Foundation, P.O. Box 62066, Durham, NC 27715 would be appreciated. www.TRIPPFUNERALHOME.com
