Emily-Ann Croke

Emily-Ann Croke, 34, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Brigham & Womens Hospital.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Catherine Elmasian Croke and the late Richard G. Croke, Jr. Emily was a 2008 graduate of Bay View Academy, a 2012 graduate of Providence College and a 2015 graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design. Emily was a Production Coordinator for Freelance Film Productions. This was Emily's childhood hobby that led her to a successful career in film. She was a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the Television Academy, the Producers' Guild of America and the IATSE Union, Local 161. Emily was an avid traveler, having traveled extensively abroad and also within the United States.

Besides her mother she leaves her paternal grandfather, Richard G. Croke, three aunts, Elizabeth A. Elmasian, Patricia A. McGuinness and her husband Kevin and Kathleen L. Dolloff and her husband Raymond, three uncles, Oscar M. Elmasian and his wife Kerry, John Elmasian and Kevin P. Croke and his wife Jordana and several cousins. Emily was also fur mama to Ralph, Bernnie, Willow, Clara and Chunk. She was the granddaughter of the late Arthur Elmasian, Emily Elmasian and Helen Croke.

Her funeral and visitation was held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 8:30 AM in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Martha Church, Pawtucket Avenue. Burial was Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to First Descents, a cancer organization for that provides life-changing outdoor adventures impacted by cancer.
