Carol E. Conley (Trainor)

Carol E. Conley (Trainor), 83, of Bonita Springs, FL and formerly of Rumford, RI and Edgartown, MA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on March 7, 2021. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Francis T. and Margaret M. (Connolly) Trainor. She was the wife of the late John "Jake" Conley.

She attended St. Mary's Academy Bay View and graduated from St. Patrick's High School.

For many years she was a member of Handicraft Club where she served as its Secretary and enjoyed taking classes, especially decorative painting.

Carol was a member of the Wannamoisett Country Club, Squantum Association, the Edgartown Yacht Club, and the Bonita Bay Club where she once shot a hole–in–one on the 3rd hole of the Sabal Course.

She is survived by her three children, Elizabeth A. Conley Francis and her husband, Tom, of Rumford, Suzanne L. Conley of Rumford, and John F. Conley II and his wife, Ellen, of Rumford. She also leaves her grandchildren, Alexandra Francis, Sam Francis, Madison Conley, and Mackenzie Conley, and a nephew, Daniel Conley.
