Calling all Rehoboth dog owners: Rabies clinic on tap; licenses available

REHOBOTH - The fourth annual Rehoboth-Seekonk Joint Rabies Clinic will be held 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 11 at the Seekonk Public Works Department garage on Route 44 and Lake Street.
