Veronica A. “Ronnie" Bouchard

Veronica A. “Ronnie” Bouchard, 86, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in East Providence, she was a daughter of the late Angelo and Irene (Boulay) Anella and stepdaughter of the late Vincenza Anella. Ronnie was an Executive Secretary for the former Royal Electric Company in Pawtucket for 45 years before she retired. She was a member of the Order of Sons & Daughters of Italy, Loggia Maria and was also secretary of the Grand Lodge of Rhode Island. She was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of Loreto Church.

She leaves one daughter, Barbara A. Bouchard of Attleboro, one sister, Claire Hedgepeth of East Providence and one brother, Pasquale Anella of East Providence. She was the sister of the late Raymond Anella and Barbara Morra. She was the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral and visitation will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 9:00-10:00 AM in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to the East Bay Community Action Program, 100 Bullocks Point Avenue, Riverside, RI 02915 would be appreciated.
