Troop 55 Riverside Keeping the Faith

On March 2, 2014, Troop 55 Riverside was pleased to recognize the efforts and activities in adherence to the 12th point of the scout law, "a Scout is Reverent." Three of our scouts received religious awards at The Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in Providence. Andrew Duckworth and Connor Midgley were awarded Ad Altare Dei and Eric Bianco was awarded both Pope Pius XII and Pillars of Faith, a special recognition reserved for scouts who complete all four requirements, two as a Cub Scout and two as a Boy Scout. We are very proud of these boys as they express their faith and continue to bring honor and respect to themselves, their families and their troop.
