Sacred Heart School Honor Students Announced

Eighteen students from Sacred Heart School received certificates of recognition today for academic and behavioral distinction.

“It is always a pleasure to recognize and congratulate those students who are both high achievers in the classroom and good citizens in our school,” Principal Mo Guernon noted.

Students earning High Honors with Distinction for having earned no less than a 95 average in core subjects were: sixth grader Eric Blackiston; seventh graders Kristen Nguyen and Kylie Tiemeyer.

Students earning High Honors for having earned no less than a 90 in all core subjects were: seventh grader Hailey Rioux, and eighth graders Princess Akan-Disu, and Trevor Martins.

Students earning Honors for having earned no less than an 85 in all core subjects were: sixth graders Daniel Akan-Disu, F. Gabriel Damoura, and Kaylee Faria; seventh graders Steven Correia, Sophia Smith, and Isabella Waycott; eighth graders Jake Araujo, Adam Camille, Giovanna Francesconi, Peyton Nardella, Skye Oliveira, and Arun Thomas.

Sacred Heart Curch Pastor, Rev. Silvio De Nard, and Guernon presented the certificates of award following Mass on Friday.
