Poetry Reading at the Blanding Library

There will be a poetry reading at the Blanding Library, 124 Bay State Rd., Rehoboth, MA, on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 1-3:45 PM. The reading will include six , well-published poets: Preston Hood III, Dorothy Shubow Nelson, Lisa C. Taylor, Doug Anderson, Elizabeth Quinlan, and Lamont B. Steptoe. A local writer, Marsha Hood, will also be reading. Three of the poets are Veterans whose writings, in part, speak to their experiences in Vietnam, experiences that may be of interest to local Veterans.

There will be an opportunity to speak with the poets during a brief intermission. The event is free and open to the public .
