Norma Conley, East Bay Community Action Program's New VP of Human Resources

East Bay Community Action Program announces Norma J. Conley of East Providence, RI has joined the agency as its Vice President of Human Resources.

Conley has an extensive human resources professional background. Most recently, she was employed as Vice President, Human Resources by VINFEN Corporation, a social services agency in Cambridge, MA that employs nearly 3,000 people. Other past positions include: Managing Principal at HR Business Partners, LLC, Chief Human Resources Officer at The Providence Center, Vice President, Human Resources for Textron Financial Corporation, and Director, Human Resources with AIPSO.

Her other Leadership roles include: Board Member of Fellowship Health Resources, Board Member of Hattie Ide Nursing Home, and Board Chair of Coastline EAP. She is a graduate of Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
