Jacqueline Boutcher Performs in Wheaton College (Ill.) Commencement Celebration Concert

Wheaton, IL - Wheaton College student Jacqueline Boutcher of East Providence, Rhode Island, recently performed in the 2018 Commencement Celebration Concert. Boutcher sang soprano II with the Women's Chorale.
