Hailey Enos Inducted into Education Honor Society

Easton, MA -- Hailey Enos of Rehoboth, MA, a member of the Class of 2025, has been inducted into Alpha Beta Gamma, Stonehill's chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society for education majors.

"Congratulations to all our new members! Their commitment to learning demonstrates that they will become effective teachers who will make a difference in the lives of children," said Margaret Pierce, associate professor of education and faculty advisor for Stonehill's chapter of Kappa Delta Pi.

Founded in 1911, the honor society fosters success in teaching by building a collaborative community focused on providing quality, equitable education for all. Kappa Delta Pi includes several hundred chapters around the world. Membership is open to undergraduate students with a grade point average of 3.5 and above.

Stonehill's chapter is currently lead by President Elizabeth Buczek '23, Vice President Gina Herosian '23, Treasurer Heidi Grove '23, Secretary Alexandra Ashe '23 and Historian Gabriella Moreschi '23. During the 2022-2023 academic year, they have held several programs to benefit students involved with the organization, including a workshop designed to help future teachers prepare for the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure.
