Fire Cider for Health Virtual Library Program
Seekonk, MA – 1/15/22 – Natural remedies from your kitchen pantry can provide relief from winter sniffles and more! Get more information by joining us for the virtual program Feel Better Soon with Fire Cider on Wednesday, February 16 at 6 PM. In this program you will learn how to make fire cider, an apple cider vinegar-based herbal tonic revered for its ability to help prevent cold/flu symptoms, and/or shorten their duration if they occur. It’s an immune-boosting remedy with antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, and antifungal properties. The presenter for this program is the mother/daughter duo Grounded Goodwife, Ehris Urban (herbalist) & Velya Jancz-Urban (teacher).
