DESE School Reopening Plans

Dear Dighton-Rehoboth School Community,

Hoping that this email finds you and your families well and safe while enjoying all that summer brings to you and your loved ones.

That being said, the purpose of this email is to provide you with the most up to date information that comes from our commissioner of education. Rather than summarizing the letter for you, I thought it would be best to send Commissioner Riley's newsletter directly to you. Please note that we currently have a Superintendent Advisory Committee that is charged with providing us with recommendations of what schools will look like in the fall.

Moreover, the advisory committee will be using this information as well as further guidance from DESE to form D-R's reopening plan. Our Special Education Director, Mrs. Kristin Donahue, has been chairing the committee since its creation last month. Your feedback is important and will help inform our work.

Please complete the following survey for each child in your household enrolled in Dighton-Rehoboth Regional schools: 2020-2021 School Reopening Survey. The survey includes required questions, optional questions, and multiple sections. All required questions must be answered to advance to each section and submit the survey.
