Chef Chico’s Surprise Dinner Fundraiser for Rehoboth 375 Parade

The Rehoboth 375 Anniversary Committee is hosting “Chef Chico’s Surprise Dinner” on Saturday, April 14 at American Legion Post 302 located at 84 Bay State Road in Rehoboth.
This fundraiser to raise money for the Rehoboth 375 Parade next October features a sit-down, plated dinner prepared by Chef Chico Charbonneau, a cash bar and musical entertainment by JR Sound.
The evening will feature a cocktail hour from 4:30 to 5:30 PM with appetizers including local cheese, roast vegetable dips, crackers and crostini followed by the dinner service from 5:30 to 7 PM with your choice of boneless prime rib of beef rubbed with herbs and served with a port wine reduction or seafood stuffed shrimp with lobster, crab and clams. Both entrees will be served with roasted potato and seasonal vegetable along with desert, coffee, and tea. JR Sound will provide music until midnight.
