Food for Seniors

East Providence, RI – The City of East Providence, together with We Share Hope and local businesses, is hosting an open-air, drive-through market for East Providence’s senior population (55 and older) in need.

We Share Hope, a nonprofit charity, which occupies a 10,000-square-foot warehouse in East Providence, and the City of East Providence Mayor’s Office has organized donations from several generous businesses including: Gordon Food Service, Stop & Shop, Gotham Greens Providence and Blount Seafoods.

WHAT: Open-Air, Drive-through market for East Providence Seniors
WHEN: Tuesday, March 24, 2020
WHERE: East Providence Senior Center (610 Waterman Ave.)
TIME: DISTRIBUTION to seniors 1 p.m.
Set up and packing bags of groceries 8 a.m. –Noon
