Free and open to the public. The Attleboro Historic Preservation Society's is proud to offer 'The History of the Falls Fire Barn', presented by Nancy Campbell on Thursday, October 19, 2017, 6:45 PM at the Falls Fire Barn at 100 Commonwealth Avenue, North Attleboro (carpooling recommended). The Falls Fire Barn is an Italianate two story structure built in 1893 that was an active fire station until 1976. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and now houses a museum for the fire station as well as the town's history.
