Attleboro Firefighters Local 848 to Host Annual Community Breakfast

Attleboro — Attleboro Firefighters Local 848 President Paul Jacques, Executive Board, and Membership are pleased to announce that the Attleboro Firefighters Local 848 Annual Community Breakfast has been scheduled for Saturday 11 May 2019 from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

This much anticipated event will be held at Attleboro Fire Department Headquarters 100 Union Street Attleboro, MA.

Attleboro residents of all ages are invited to attend.

More than 1,000 Attleboro residents are expected to attend the Attleboro Firefighters Local 848 27th Annual Community Breakfast that Saturday.
The event is free to all City residents to come and enjoy a breakfast of pancakes, eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, juice and coffee.

Special guests are expected to be in attendance, along with many Local and State politicians, as well as several of your favorite retired Attleboro Firefighters coming back to help.

Our friends from WARA 1320 AM will be broadcasting live and balloons will be also be available for kids, and some adults, to enjoy.

“This is a great way for our Firefighters to be able to give back and say THANK YOU to the community we serve,” said Paul Jacques, President Local 848. “We want everyone to come out and enjoy a nice hot breakfast served by our Local 848 Attleboro Firefighters,” added Tim Infante, Secretary Local 848 and Chairman of the May Breakfast Committee.

In addition to giving back to Attleboro residents, the event will also be used to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) and other local charities. A Firefighter’s boot will be set up inside the station where attendees can donate money.
